Burgundy is a creole variety grown here at Village Creek Organics, and does well in our hot humid Texas spring and summer. Burgundy has deep solid burgundy wine colored cloves, 8 to 12 cloves per bulb. Beautiful medium to large bulbs. Clove tips not elongated like other Creole strains and are rich in color. A mild heat of fire at first bite, but then gives way to a buttery sweet flavor.
